Demonstrating Microsoft Power Platform AI capability for project managers, board members, leaders or assistants for saving time in daily work by automating tasks
- collect applications or notifications
- compare applications to specifications
- give instant feedback about comparison
- summarize received information
Earlier this year I met Mikko Eskola and Mari Männistö at lunch. They were telling about this sustainability project guidance for all members in JCI Finland. The challenge was to get project description from local chapter and then check the sustainability perspective and guide them. I just had get known to ChatGPT and Power Platform Custom Prompt and then it lighted up for me.
I created MS Forms form to collect projects ideas and descriptions, then I process them with custom prompt and give feedback to the person sending the from and Mikko who should be helping them forward with the idea. This way Mikko’s workload for gathering the ideas and doing the first analyze will easier. Since doing the demo took me a hour and I was not sure that did Mikko or Mari even understood what I had in my mind, I decided to check the project description against JCI Creed because I did not have specifications about the sustainability.
I created a demo about the solution
I decided to use MS Teams as the UI for replying the user since I don’t like email. Each JCI FInland member is part of JCI Finland tenant, so they have account and can see the reply. I created group chat among me, Mikko and Mari to get the report and then this solution will also give feedback via Teams message to the user sending the form .

Behind the solution lies the actual prompt that is using GPT 4o (preview) with 0.5 temperature, meaning it might give 50% predictable results and hallucinate the rest. Since this is not production solutions, I could leave the setting like this and wait for more testing for this. Once there will be test data, the prompt should be tuned and replace the JCI Creed with the actual specifications of responsibility project.
Technical solution is following
